Ohio State freshman quarterback, Heisman Trophy candidate and straight up phenom J.T. Barrett is in the center of a domestic abuse situation, between he and his ex-girlfriend.
This past Tuesday (December 9th), police were called to J.T.’s apartment regarding a domestic dispute. One call, made by Barrett, alleged that the ex (who for the time being will go unnamed) refused to leave his apartment, after attacking him. Shortly after, another call was made by a woman claiming that J.T. threw her on the bed and choked her, as well as tried to take her phone.
Somebody’s lying and for the sake of Buckeye Nation, let’s hope it’s not J.T. Barrett.
I’ve been in this situation before and it sounds like we got a crazy on our hands.
No charges have been filed, so far.
