Growing up I was obviously an avid Cleveland Cavaliers fan, but Michael Jordan was my favorite player. So you can imagine how torn I was on May 7th, 1989 when I watched my favorite player hit the game winning shot against my favorite team, booting us from championship contention.
Nonetheless, “The Shot” will always be known as one of the most epic moments in sports history.
